the view was nice, but the noise from the terrace was unbearable. we could barely sleep! also, the windows woudl ve been easier to close if they weren’t always broken. i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but i suppose special treatment only goes to others here. it’s just so disappointing, really.

Wi-Fi struggles were apparent, initially being inoperative, and even after repairs, the speed remained slow, impacting connectivity during the stay. Breakfast involved little choice and was plated by staff, lacking variety and quality despite being plentiful, leading to an underwhelming start to the day.

The view from our room was incredible, overlooking the picturesque valley and historic hills. We particularly enjoyed the cozy dining area where we savored a generous breakfast each morning, including the delightful homemade banitsa. The hotel's charm was evident in its well-maintained structure and the cobbled streets surrounding it made for lovely strolls. We were able to visit key attractions like the Historical Museum, which was conveniently close by after a short walk.

This place suits me perfectly. It has air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and a great restaurant. The staff helped me with places to shop during my first stay, and breakfast is always excellent! I’ll be back for a holiday.
